TrailBio® HSC Progenitors are highly characterized cells that resemble the hematopoietic stem cell progenitor state. These cells enable the screening of compounds that modulate hematopoietic stem cell function and differentiation, supporting drug development for hematological disorders, cancers, and conditions involving the hematopoietic system.
TrailBio® HSC Progenitors are naturally differentiated from human iPSCs using the HD-DoE™ technology platform.
Upon thawing, cells are ready for experimentation and express markers typical of hematopoietic stem cell progenitors. By simply maintaining cells in culture, they retain their characteristic hematopoietic progenitor morphology and marker expression.
